Why it matters

The record that follows the player

Around seven in ten academy players are released by eighteen, most with nothing to show for the years they put in. We keep one record that opens at intake and travels the whole way.

  1. Leg 01

    Academy intake

    First assessment. The record opens.

  2. Leg 02

    Season on season

    Growth, load, four-corner progress.

  3. Leg 03

    Released or moving

The Passport travels with the player.

  4. Leg 04

    Senior signing

A full history, ready for the next club.

A look inside

Four screens, one thread

Take a register, log a match, write a plan. It all feeds the same record.

Player development

One honest record per player

Score the four corners, write the plan, agree it with the player and their parent. It builds season on season instead of starting again every August.

  • Assessments, goals, and milestones in the FA four-corner shape coaches already know
  • Growth tracking with maturation estimates, so you can ease load through a spurt
  • Export an EPPP-ready PDR as a PDF in one click, with an AI first draft if you want one

Built on the four-corner model

Technical, physical, psychological, social. The framework coaches already trust, exported as a PDR that stands up to an FA audit.

Safeguarding is the floor, not a feature

Every coach to parent message is logged. There is no coach to child route at all. Checks adapt per country as you grow.

The record belongs to the player

Photos, video, and medical detail are private by default. Parents grant and revoke access, and the passport moves with the child.

“Every child deserves to be seen for the whole player they are becoming, not just last Saturday's result.”

Questions

The things clubs ask us first

Still stuck? Start the club anyway. Nothing is charged until you pick a plan.

Do we have to be an FA academy to use it?

No. Grassroots clubs, development centres and licensed academies all fit. Age cutoffs, currency and safeguarding rules follow your country.

Who owns my child’s data?

Your child does, and you hold the keys. Everything sensitive stays private until you allow it, you can take access back any time, and the passport leaves with them.

Does it work at the pitch with no signal?

Yes. Take the register and log match events offline, and it syncs when you are back in range.

How long does setting up take?

About an evening. Club, teams, roster, parent invites. You can take a register at the next session.

Do parents have to pay?

No. Everything a parent needs comes with the club’s plan. Pathway Family at £5 a month is optional, for the portable passport.

Can we get our data out again?

Whenever you like. Records export as PDFs and the passport is portable by design. We would rather you stayed because it is good.
